In this chapter we will be looking at traffic around the site. The traffic on the site will be looked at in the following chapter - 7.0 Landscaping & Car Parking.

Traffic planning will be essential to bring the required number of customers to the site. If it is difficult for customers to access or leave the site comfortably (without unreasonable delay) then customers will look for alternative locations and may even be prepared to drive longer to an easily accessible mall.
