When you enter m&m you will find a menu across the top with all the links you need:

From here you can go to Information & Networking - plus you can go to the Help menu and Add Content.

Each main menu item contains several sub-menus opening up in a new menu bar under each item.

In the top right hand corner you can also find some additional menu items:

Most importantly here is the search window and access to "My Account", "About us", "Contact us" and "Log out".
