Active Members

are and have been working in a professional capacity in this industry for a number of years. Active members would usually be working in an organisation related to the industry of retail, shopping, entertainment, distribution, real estate development of such project directly or indirectly. Contributing to m&m counts to wards this definition.

Contributing Members 

Why would you want to be a Contributing Member?

During alpha stage m&m will only be open to invited members - First Members. First Members will receive a share in the value of the company plus retain free membership for as long as they remain active and contributing members.

During beta stage we will invite Early Members and these will also retain free membership for as long as they remain active and contributing members.

In order to build this project efficiently we need to set targets and this includes the requirements for the definition of what a Contributing Member is.

The initial Formula

While we clearly stated in our ToU that details will be finalised during alpha and beta stages we believe we should set a starting formula.

Initially we will measure activity by the number of contributions a member adds to m&m during a specific period:
