For a shopping and entertainment centre (SEC) public road access is the most important aspect - even in inner city locations with restricted parking. The majority of customers will arrive by car in most parts of the world. Sure, in some countries public transport is increasingly bringing customers to inner city location as the number of car parking spaces is decreasing and car parking charges are on the rise.
