The access for delivery, servicing and logistics is as important for a successful project as is customer comfort for reaching a mall.

220px-Red_truck_USA.JPGThe difference is that delivery and servicing vehicles (trucks, vans, lorries) are rarely seen in and a round a good shopping centre, almost suggesting that all goods arrive on time by magic. At least this is what customers should think if they ever wondered how all those goods arrived in their favourite mall.
