Hi - any recommendations for:

Consultant for advice on the Operation of a Hyper- Supermarket chain in CEE.

One of our clients in the super / hypermarket area is looking for a consultant to advise them on their operation and how to improve it. This is about shelves, food on them, where to place things right through to logistics and management, etc. They are CEE based.
